Community Living Victoria Presents: Westshore Transition Planning

This series of monthly workshops runs from October 2017 through to June 2018 and the venue alternates between Sooke's EMCS and Royal Bay.

These evenings are open to parents, professionals and the youth who are transitioning between the ages of 14 and 25 years old.
